Vivian Howard's slinging signatures again the weekend before America's favorite holiday. She'll be in downtown Manteo on June 30 from 12:00pm — 2:00pm in conjunction with Outer Banks Distilling's release of Angel's Share, their new limited edition rum with proceeds benefitting a local Dare County charity. Our friends at Downtown Books will be there, too, along with Greentails and Lost Colony Brewery, who'll be serving up delicious bites and beers.
