Shipping & Returns
Severe weather, postal carriers, and Acts of God may cause delays.
Processing and delivery of each order is expected to take 5-7 business days.
All items shipped via FedEx or U.S. Postal Service .
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be returned within 10 days by the original purchaser for a full refund.
For items that are not damaged or otherwise defective, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping & handling fees.
The customer should contact retail@vivianhoward.com to request a return authorization.
All original packaging/materials are to be returned with the product in original condition.
Upon receipt of a return item, it will be inspected and a credit or refund will issued.
Any products that have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for delivery during holidays.
We are unable to accept international orders at this time.
