Vivian spent her junior year of college studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was there that she first fell in love with the relationship between culture and food. This November’s Specialty Dinner honors Vivian’s experience abroad during Thanksgiving. She has created a menu that will bridge the two worlds of Eastern North Carolina and Argentina in what is sure to be a memorable dinner.
